These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpark11 ("phpark11," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phpark11 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at phpark11.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phpark11 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on phpark11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phpark11 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

phpark11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phpark11 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the phpark11 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark11 username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phpark11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phpark11 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phpark11 of a security breach.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to phpark11 during registration and throughout the course of your account relationship is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. phpark11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to recover any funds obtained through misrepresentation.

All financial transactions on the phpark11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpark11 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phpark11 account in real time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• phpark11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• phpark11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where applicable.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• phpark11 aims to process GCash withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day.
• phpark11 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

phpark11 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phpark11 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse phpark11 bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: phpark11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

Each game available on the phpark11 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

All phpark11 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with trained dealers operating under strict procedural controls.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phpark11 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account. phpark11's decision on such matters is final.

Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot games are published within the game information panels. These rates represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpark11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phpark11 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpark11 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the phpark11 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phpark11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from phpark11.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phpark11 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of phpark11's intellectual property may result in legal action. phpark11 actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond phpark11's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.

phpark11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpark11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpark11's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phpark11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool may do so through their account settings or by contacting phpark11 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

phpark11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your phpark11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

phpark11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpark11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpark11 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phpark11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phpark11, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. phpark11 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
